Create powerful photography through connected ideas
We'll explore
Do you want to create a meaningful series of images? Do you have an idea for a series but need support finishing? Welcome to Finding the Red Thread. The concept that will help you create a body of work where each image supports your idea, story, or specific photo technique.
In this workshop you will explore an idea that you already have or you can choose from my extensive list of fun prompts. With your idea in hand we will start with creative brainstorming and move into exploration. I will guide you as you approach your theme from a variety of viewpoints, eventually creating 12-14 images. As the workshop progresses don’t be surprised if your original concept grows and takes you in unexpected directions. This is where the fun and magic happens!
In this workshop we will practice creative brainstorming, curation and presentation. You will leave this workshop with many creative ideas that you can use for future exploration.

What it looks like
