Character Archetypes

Character Archetypes is a workshop that explores the 12 major archetypes as defined by Carl Jung. While you may not know them specifically, after you finish this workshop you will understand how they’re used in storytelling, marketing and as a framework for understand your own life’s journey. All through toy photography!!

Unlike other workshops where you have a specific challenge, this workshop is a chance to explore a specific archetype each week. I will give you 2-3 different frameworks to base your images on depending on your interests.

Then as in other workshops, we will meet up and discuss the images and the thought process behind them. When you have completed your images you will have six images that tell a story of change and transformation.

This is a fabulous workshop for anyone interested in storytelling or personal discovery.

Truly one of my all time favorite workshops to offer.

This workshop is offered once a year. Sign up for my mailing list to be notified when I offer this workshop next.

“There’s no need to have fancy equipment or any specific toy to be successful. It’s a welcoming and safe space/atmosphere to share ideas and have fun with toys in the process.” – Stephanie

“The Everyman” I love the joy in this image, plus the background is a photo I took on “the Strip” in Pittsburgh which that particular day will always hold a special place in my heart. – Stephanie S
